FLORENCE (italy) or BUDAPEST?

im going to go on holiday for 4 days in august for my birthday treat with my mum, i really like florence its culture suroundings, people history and everything else about it but i also have another choice budapest ? i dont know much about budpest but it seems nice, atm im strongly swayed towards florence just any opinions would hep, answer soon best answer 10 points
