How to help a new WoW playing enjoy the game?

I'm lvl 85 and don't gave the time, patience, or want to lvl an alt. My friends are returning from tBC and one is starting fresh. My friend just starting had his first try and ragequit on the first quest because their were too many people killing what he was suppsed to. I don't have the time to hep him lvl to 85 or enjoy the game to it's fullest. My tBC friends are going to help him but they are just as buisy as my but with different activities. I will help him pick his class but he wants to be alliance and the rest of up are dedicated horde who won't wast money to faction change. He likes the dark elf but he won't get tBC till he decides he truly likes the game. How do I help him expereince the game in a way he would keep playing with the limited time we have for his trial.
