My frriend is scared she thinks it rectal cancer help me help her?

my friend came tto me a while ago concerned. she told me during a bowel movement she bleed she told me the toliet was all blood . she is terrifyed its anal caner or some other kinda cancer. she asked her mom and her mom said that is was the onset of her period comming on. now me i dont agree with that . i never heard that. she said this bloody bm happened 2 times than since than it hasnt happened again. she is still worried that i some kinda cancer. if anyone hass an idea what this could be pleasee let me no so i can tell her what to do.
