What are some exercise routines for me to stay toned and fit for cheerleading?

i am a freshmen cheerleader and want to stay fit this summer before school starts. we don't have alot of practices this summer so i am home most days. i need a great routine to hep me lose alittle weight and get toned up! if you have any ideas please help...thanks!(:
