Absolute cheapest place to print books?

I would recommend Lulu, but it IS a self-publisher (though not your usual kind). However, if you want to go through more work and set yourself up as a "publisher", there's Lightning Source a href="http://www.lightningsource.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.lightningsource.com//a - too, which is the Print-on-Demand service that Lulu itself uses. A friend of mine published his book that way and did it himself.
