Do i have mononucleosis?!?!?

im in 6th grade and umm last week (maybe 2 weeks.. pretty sure one week ago) i awoke with a horrible ear ache and sore throst i wen tto the doctor got medicine for my ear the doc said nothin bout my throat so now im out of pills cause i was only sposed to take them till i ran out my ear was still plugged like 5 minutes ago then it popped an di feel fine and can hear fine but my throat is still REALLY sore even more sore then before... in health class we learned about mononucleosis i dont think i have mono cause im not tired and i didnt have a fever and i havent puked... but a long long long long time ago i kissed a girl (im stupid.. yes im a girl) and my throat hurt then.. i guess im just freaking out caus emy throat hurts bad and mono is just stuck in my head.. what should i do go to the doc again or just gargle with throat stuff and take lots of cough drops?? i want to get better and do you think i have mono??
