Do you think he could still have feelings for me?

This guy and I had a REALLY strong connecttion between us, he's dating someone as am I. My question withouttt going intto greatttt detail is, when we are ttogether we always hold eye contactt and smile, and when he hugs me he seems as if he doesn'tt want tto let go, and neither do I..but otherwise I've caughtt him staring at me a few ttimes and I don't tell people this considering I try my hardest nott tto talk tto him since we are dating other people, I haven'tt fully gottten over him so I was just wondering do you think there's a chance he good? Or what else I can look for?
