How can i reduce my pain along with taking medicine?

i had my son yesterday via emergency c section. i have two other kids but they were both born vaginally i am in alot of pain but the nurses keep makeing me do stuff that i dont want to do because it hurts so bad i told them that i wasent used tto this and that it hurts really bad but they dont seem to care. is there anything i can do to mabye help my pain along with the pain medicine so i can do some stufff so i ewont have to stay here cause i have been here two weeks my son was born at 25 weeks
