I broke out in pimples and they hurt, help me please?

ok so i went to the beach last monday and i started breaking out on wednesday and the pimples hurt and they dont even have puss in them, they are just red, inflammed bumps and i hate them, i dont feel like going anywhere because they make me feel ugly and i rarely break out like this, i only broke out like this once, hep me, how can i get rid of them fast, thank you
