I think I gave my friend Hep C?

I was tested for Hep C about three weeks ago and two days ago my friend/roommate came home drunk and passed out on our couch. I thought I'd play a prank on him by giving him a gorilla mask, which is basically jacking off on his face and then shaving my pubes and sticking them to his face. Anyway I'm pretty sure I got some spooge in his mouth and I may have dripped some blood in there too when I cut myself shaving my balls over his face. Yesterday I was called and told that I did have Hep C. How can I break this news to my friend?
