My friend has stopped caring about me since getting a boyfriend ?

Well it feels that way. We were both starting to get pretty close we'd text each other catch up talk on social network sites (we don't see each other as much as college is over & she lives quite far out) & she would always reply but since gaining a boyfriend she has gradually seemed to care less & less. She hasn't replied to my tweets & I text her upset due to the fact my dog nearly died & I received no reply which I am quite rightfully angry about. I feel she is being extremely ignorant. Opinions? Advice? I am also a female by the way.
