My passport is not getting dispatched even after its expected date.plzz hep me what to do ..?

i applied for a passport 2nd may 2011 and then 25 May i submitte my PPT Form and than every things is clear Police enquiry and whatever enquiry. but still i am waiting for my passport. normally they taking 45 day's. what to do please help me.
