Please hep im very sore?

Please help im very sore, i have a smallish about the size of a 5cent peice lump under the skin just wher my clit and just on the top side of the clit to its feels a bit big and it hurts like hell can hardly walk or crouch down to pick things up, i havent had it for very long, please help what is this
