Problems With My DAUGHTER'S FATHER?

I know you don't want to go to court, but it sounds like you need to. You are totally right, you do NOT have to communicate with his girlfriend in any way, shape, or form. She is difficult and rude and should have no part in raising your daughter. If the father of your daughter doesn't want to be in your daughter's life, then that is his choice. If he wants to miss out on everything for some stupid girlfriend, then he is an idiot. Take him to court to get help financially and set up a visitation schedule.
