We have a rather crabby health care aide who is a constant trouble maker.my dad and i have a social worker?

come in and checks on us,this woman is more for my dad than me,since she looks after him because hes alzhiemerd.now,hes lso volent and has on occasions attacked me and hurt me at one time.so i was tellng this friend of mine who has ties to nursing homes and the like so shes very knowledgeable on this,what she did was to look up from where i live the dss department and got me some help,the other day a social worker fro this dss department came to talk with me,our aide was here when she came.she saw red ,and i caught holy hell now the aide refuses to talk with me.shes the type that will tell everyone what a jerk i am.im not a child im 69 yrs old and entitled to pick my own social worker.this aide is a hell raiser,she and my brother are like twins she tells him everything,another black eye for me.i hate her guts.i have no one tto talk to about family troubles so i tell my friend.shed like to help me get out of my house because of my dads abusive temper tantrums.hes attacked me twice.was i right in asking this friend for help?
