Why is the yahoo journalist that wrote americas dirtiest cities so ignorant?

Evidently the "journalist" didn't do his research. Within minutes of all NOLA Carnival Parades, the streets go from a complete layer of plastic beads etc.. to spotless. The same is true of Bourbon street. When the uncivilized tourist from the rest of the country trash Bourbon Street, SDT Waste Removal cleans up after them. Locals do not go to Bourbon Street, because they know that crazy tourist who have been repressed their whole lives and can't handle their liquor are there.
